Return Policies:
All our products undergo a strict quality check, and all model shoots are done after the dress is made to ensure it is the same as shown in the picture. We provide an exchange facility if there is a defect in the fabric, embroidery mismatch & wrong item received. We replace the dress after we received the return from you with a new one of the same model/catalog/design. In case, we run out of stock we ask you to select an alternative design.
Cancellation Policies:
After the order is placed and payment is done, we initiate the processing of the order immediately within 24 hrs. If you wish to cancel your order, it should be done within 24 hours after which no refund or change of designs/exchange would be possible. We will require formal confirmation from you within 24 hours after the order is placed.
Return Request Timeline:
All return request as per the return policy terms mentioned above should come to us within 48 hours of receiving the dress by the customer. Please send all return request with order number to our email id’s [email protected] & [email protected].
Refund Duration:
We provide refund to the customer on same mode of payment that we received. We normally refund all our customers within 2 to 7 business days for all valid return & cancellations.
In case after receiving the order if we don`t have the same in stock, our team will contact you within 48 hours and will initiate a refund in the same mode. Alternatively, you will have the option to buy any other products from our collections to adjust the amount.
